I’m super impressed by this chiropractic clinic! They are so kind and helpful, and explain everything really well and are happy to answer any questions! I’ve been to a chiropractor before after my car wreck in 2022 and my experience here is nothing like what I had before, this is so much better!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Palma and Dr. Jill Palma of Leeds Family Chiropractic for several months now after an injury to my knee which was causing pain in my hip and back.

I’ve noticed significant improvement with my knee, hip, and back pain since seeing the doctors.  I appreciate that they focus not only on adjustments but also on long-term wellness and preventative care.  And they sprinkle in humor with the “joke of the day”, which always puts a smile on my face.

From the moment I walked in, their staff was warm, welcoming and professional, and they always do their best to accommodate
my schedule. Dr. Jill Palma scheduled a meeting with me and took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, reviewed my x-rays and created a treatment plan that was specific to my needs.

They have a great system where you get a text reminder the day before your appt, which is great to keep you on track.

Well, I'm probably going to get flack for this, but I'm just sharing my honest opinion.  The only reason that I'm sharing this now is because a close friend of mine that I spoke with today, who is also a local business manager was also a patient of Leeds Family Chiropractic.  She shared basically the exact same experience that I did.  This business is not what it seems.  I've had a good Chiropractor in the past, but I did not get that type of treatment here.  Everyone is nice, no doubt, but when you are unable to follow the plan that they recommend, and do not want to pay what they are asking, you get a different kind of experience there, and not in a good way.  It's like a light switch shuts off and you get darkness, or a cold shoulder.  My diagnosis elsewhere is different than what it was here, and it is more accurate elsewhere.  My friend described everything the same way that I did.  I used this company 5 years ago very briefly, and then quit going.  I gave them another shot a couple of months ago, only to remember why I left the first time.  I won't be going back again.  Yes, Olivia is very nice.  Personally, I think that she should be working for a better business.  I want to make people aware of what they could be getting into, especially the elderly.  Again JMO.
